2015 Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut
The Grand Vintage 2015 is the chef de cave's personal interpretation of an exceptional year, an expressive and sun-kissed Champagne from one of the most celebrated houses in Epernay.
Grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from the 2015 harvest.
Terroir: A vintage shaped by a warm, dry summer that delivered ripe, generous fruit across the Champagne vineyards.
Vinification & ageing: Traditional method, aged approximately six years on lees in Moet's historic cellars before release. 12.5% ABV.
COLOUR: Bright golden yellow with fine, lively bubbles.
NOSE: Yellow peach, apricot, brioche, almond paste and a hint of smoky minerality.
PALATE: Rich and rounded, with ripe stone fruit, toasty notes and a fresh, saline finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Roast poultry, lobster, mushroom risotto and aged comte.
