Champagne Taittinger only produces a vintage cuvée when the harvest is of exceptional quality. In addition to this strict requirement, several years of cellar ageing are necessary in order to award the title "vintage cuvée". The lengthy ageing guarantees the slow maturing of the aromas as well as the development of length and complexity in the champagne.

PALATE:
On the nose, the Taittinger Brut Millésimé 2015 is precise, pure and fruity. It shows incredible aromatic finesse and beautiful minerality. This lively freshness is reflected in a bouquet of white blossom (orange blossom, linden flowers, honeysuckle). Aromas of fresh fruit (lime, white peach) provide a contrast, complemented by light toasted notes. On the palate, it is energetic, precise and perfectly integrated.

PRODUCTION:
The Taittinger Brut Millésimé is made only from first-press wines, a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Champagne's Grand Cru sites contribute a significant 70% to it. A further 30% comes from selected villages, all classified as Premiers Crus. Five years of cellar ageing favour the full development of this outstanding vintage.

FOOD PAIRING:
Ideal as a companion to white meats and poultry, oysters, fish and seafood, or as an elegant solo, lending an extra touch of sparkle to special moments.
