Domaine de la Rouvière is a small organic family estate in Puget-Ville, in the heart of Provence, working across 4 hectares within the Côtes de Provence Pierrefeu protected appellation. Their Blanc Brut sparkling wine captures a quintessentially Provençal aromatic profile in fizz form.

Grape varieties: Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains and Colombard.

Terroir: Stony, sun-drenched Provençal soils within the Pierrefeu zone of Côtes de Provence, organically farmed.

Vinification: Cool fermentation followed by traditional sparkling-wine vinification, with secondary fermentation to capture the bubbles and a brut dosage.

COLOUR: Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles.

NOSE: Grapefruit, peach and gentle floral notes typical of Muscat.

PALATE: Round and soft, with intense yet refreshing fruit, a fine mousse and a clean, aromatic finish.

FOOD PAIRING: A delightful aperitif, also lovely with shellfish, summer salads, fruit-based desserts and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at 6-8°C.
