Always a vintage, always an assemblage. Dom Pérignon 2015 is the iconic prestige cuvée from the Hautvillers abbey, born of a singular, sun-soaked Champagne harvest.
Grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in equal balance, sourced exclusively from the 2015 vintage.
Terroir: Premier and Grand Cru villages of the Champagne region, with the abbey of Hautvillers at its historic heart.
Vinification & ageing: Traditional method, extended ageing on lees in Dom Pérignon's cellars to build complexity and harmony. 12.5% ABV.
COLOUR: Luminous gold with a delicate, persistent mousse.
NOSE: White flowers, ripe pear, citrus zest, toasted brioche and subtle spice.
PALATE: Precise and silky, with stone fruit, almond, saline minerality and a long, vibrant finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Oysters, langoustines, sushi, truffle dishes and aged hard cheeses.
