2024 Oè 'Le Sauvignon'
Oè is a contemporary Italian wine project championing transparency, sustainability and accessible pricing through canned wine. 'Le Sauvignon' is their fresh, light Sauvignon Blanc - a modern, low-impact alternative to traditional bottled wine, perfect for picnics, beaches and casual gatherings.
Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Terroir: Selected vineyards in northern Italy, where Sauvignon Blanc benefits from the cool alpine-influenced climate to retain its bright aromatic precision.
Vinification: Cool fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature to preserve aromatic freshness.
COLOUR: Pale straw-yellow.
NOSE: Bright, varietal aromas of citrus, gooseberry, fresh herbs and a touch of tropical fruit.
PALATE: Crisp, light and refreshing, with clean acidity and an easy-drinking finish.
FOOD PAIRING: A versatile aperitif, also lovely with light salads, sushi, grilled vegetables and seafood. Serve well chilled at 6-8°C.
