Crafted by the Cayman Spirits Co., Seven Fathoms is a true taste of the Caribbean, distilled on Grand Cayman and aged beneath the waves in oak casks suspended at a depth of seven fathoms.
Style: Underwater-aged Caribbean rum, 40% ABV.
Origin: Cayman Islands, distilled from Caribbean molasses.
Production & ageing: Pot-still distilled and matured in American oak barrels submerged at seven fathoms, where ocean currents continuously rock the casks for unique extraction and softening.
COLOUR: Bright amber with golden highlights.
NOSE: Vanilla, toasted oak, brown sugar and tropical fruit, lifted by a subtle saline note.
PALATE: Smooth and rounded, with caramel, coconut, baking spice and a dry, gently briny finish.
SERVING: Neat, on the rocks, or in elevated rum cocktails such as a Daiquiri or Old Fashioned.
