PALATE:
The Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top presents itself in pale yellow with green reflections and fine perlage. The champagne is fruity and offers aromas of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple. Its palate follows the same impression (passionfruit, orange, peach, apple and pear). Delicate acidity with pronounced minerality and fine spice notes provide a long-lasting finish.
PRODUCTION:
Cellar Master Hervé Ladouce creates from a blend of 10% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier a classic that suits any occasion.
FOOD PAIRING:
Enjoy chilled at 6-10°C. Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top is a champagne perfectly suited as an aperitif, but also with fish curries or roast chicken with mandarin.
